Search PUBLIC SECTOR is currently recruiting for several Domestic Supervisors based in Liverpool ?L9.
This role will be working within a Hospital, dealing with patients, staff, suppliers and visitors.
Your role would be to provide direct supervision and organisation of the domestic team. To arrange cover for absences and unforeseen instances and facilitate any adjustment of work schedules in light of daily requirements to meet service needs to obtain acceptable standards of cleaning.
Main duties of the job
To support the Facilities Manager in their role to ensure that the standard of cleanliness within the Trust is implemented and maintained. Be responsible for the day to day domestic service within a specified shift time and allocated zone.
The roles involves working as a team, with a flexible approach, good communication skills and the ability to use your own initiative.
Skills and Experience required;
Background in commercial cleaning in a hotel, care or hospital?environment in a supervisory position or a team leader looking to progress your career.
Full UK Driving licence (ideal but not essential)
A DBS is required for this role either on updated service or Search wil be able to assist in obtaining one
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all hospital policies and procedures.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
