Your new company
My client operates within the public sector and has appointed Hays to recruit two administrators for them again, to support their busy spell of activity within the department. This is a full-time postilion for a period of 4 months. They would prefer someone who can be fully committed to this timescale as it is a short-term contract.
Your new role
Reporting to the HR Lead, your role involves working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 0830 to 1700. Responsibilities include drafting job offer letters, obtaining compliance documentation for job applications, and managing the apprenticeship scheme. Additionally, handling ad-hoc clerical tasks by reviewing and rejecting applications as needed.

- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
