Requirements

You will have 3 National 4's, or equivalent, to include English and Maths.

Responsibilities

You will assist in the provision of an efficient and effective administrative, clerical, financial and support service for the nursery, including workload distribution, reception, word processing/information processing; making full use of appropriate computer systems and software to improve processes and achieve efficiencies.

The Individual

You will have experience of working in a Modern Office in a customer focussed environment. You will have ability to maintain IT packages relating to work in an office environment. You will have working knowledge of Microsoft packages including Word and Excel, proven written and oral communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team. This post is considered Regulated Work with Children and/or Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. The preferred candidates will be required to join the PVG Scheme, or undergo a PVG Scheme update check, prior to a formal offer of employment being made by Dundee City Council.
