Clerical Officer

We are currently recruiting for a Clerical Officer to work for one of our NHS clients based in Leeds. The role is working on a 3-6 months basis, with the right candidate starting ASAP. The general duties for the Clerical Officer role will reverberate around providing admin support to healthcare professionals. The main duties will include:

• Arranging and booking patient appointments.
• Retrieving patient records.
• Inputting confidential data on the inhouse system.
• Liaising with healthcare professionals.
• Coordinating patient clinics.
• Liaising with patients including conversing over the telephone.
• Answering routine queries.

The ideal candidate will have undertaken a similar position previously. However, if you have excellent customer service skills, and are able to start ASAP, then do not hesitate to apply by using the online facility available.
