Client Account Manager

This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working (5-8 days in office per month), 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and 11% pension from the second year!

 Salary : Starting at £22,500 - £24,500 (There is also an opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses up to a max of 4% of your salary every quarter.)

About the role:

This role is based in the Client Relationship Executives Team based at our Cardiff office. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Act as the key contact for your portfolio of businesses and provide an effective and engaging service
• Multi task management of  your pipeline to ensure maximum benefit to the Traders and Which? Trusted Traders
• To educate businesses to utilise the use of the logo, their profile pages, and drive consumer reviews
• As part of ongoing and annual reassessments, proactively manage any outstanding compliance issues and ongoing assessments to ensure integrity of the scheme
• Working towards engagement and compliance KPIs which lead into an overall retention KPI. 

About you:

To be considered for this role, you would need to have:

• Demonstration of providing additional value to clients to ensure successful relationships
• Ability to manage a busy workload
• Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Consistent ability to meet set personal and departmental targets

Our interview process is 1 stage:

• An interview on Google Meet (approximately 45-90 minutes) consisting of values and experience-based competency questions and a role related task on a laptop.
