Client Account Manager - Hospitality fit-out
Our client is a leader within hospitality design and fit-out and is currently seeking a seasoned professional Client Account Manager, with a wealth of experience in commercial catering, to join their team as a Client Account Manager for a major account. Renowned for their commitment to producing the highest quality design and fit-out for many leading hospitality, restaurant and hotel brands, we invite candidates with a substantial experience and a demonstrative background in managing senior accounts within the fit-out space, preferably within the domains of restaurants, bars, hotels, or hospitality.
The package:
- An attractive package of £35k - £38k Basic with an uncapped OTE of £60k-£70k
- Company profit bonus (after twelve months service)

- The role will be a split of office based and some travel to on-site projects.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Client Account Manager, your responsibilities will encompass the meticulous coordination of design and fit-out projects for one of their clients major branded national hospitality accounts. This pivotal role involves:
- Design and Fit-Out Coordination: Responsible for day-to-day running of all projects and oversee both new fit-outs and re-fits, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and adherence to the client's exacting standards.
- Oversee Supplier Relations: Navigate supplier relationships adeptly, negotiating favourable terms, and securing high-quality materials and resources for their projects.
- Account Development: Cultivate and nurture client relationships, strategically positioning our client as the premier partner for their ongoing and future ventures.
- Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the primary liaison for all activities related to the account, effectively communicating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and the client to ensure flawless project execution.
- have experience in on-site works, pre-start meetings, handover meetings and on-go meetings for new sites.
The ideal Client Account Manager will possess:
- Industry Expertise: A background in fit-out projects ideally within the hospitality sector, with a proven track record of managing senior accounts.
- Project Management Acumen: Demonstrable experience in orchestrating design and fit-out projects, ensuring they are delivered punctually and within prescribed budgetary parameters.
- Relationship Management: The ability to establish and maintain robust relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Creative Vision: A discerning eye for design and an innate capacity to elevate projects beyond conventional expectations.
- Effective Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, solidifying your position as a distinguished point of contact for our esteemed clientele.
