Client Administrator

Juice Recruitment is excited to partner with a leading financial services firm based in Bristol to find a Client Administrator. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, motivated, and proactive individual to join a close-knit, supportive team.

DAY TO DAY:

• Manage client accounts and maintain accurate records.
• Handle client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
• Prepare and send out client correspondence and documentation.
• Assist with the onboarding process for new clients.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings and follow-ups.
• Monitor client accounts to identify outstanding debts and set up payment plans.
• Reconcile accounts and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Issue invoices, statements, and reminders.
• Work with clients to resolve billing disputes and discrepancies.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

• Confident communicator, ideally with previous customer service office-based experience.
• Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Interested in building a career in financial services.
• Highly organised and focused individual.
