Job Title: Experienced Insurance Advisor

Location: Warrington

Type: Permanent, Full-time (Monday - Friday, occasional Saturday), 37.5 hours per week

Salary: £30,000

We are currently seeking an experienced Insurance Advisor to join our clients  well-established team in the heart of Warrington. The ideal candidate will  have a strong background Personal lines insurance also keen  to expand their skills in the high-net-worth insurance market.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage customer relationships from inception to completion, ensuring satisfaction and meeting productivity targets.
• Handle existing clients' insurance needs with a focus on maximizing opportunities for new business.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain high levels of call handling efficiency and customer service.
• Generate leads for future sales opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
• Renew existing client policies and manage all associated documentation.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all relevant regulations.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong understanding of car and home insurance.
• Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience in retention or sales preferred.
• Ability to thrive in challenging situations and take pride in your work.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and effective communication.
• Broad knowledge of Personal lines insurance.
