Client Bookkeeper

An exciting opportunity to join a friendly firm of Accountants within their bookkeeping team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Bookkeeping duties for a varied portfolio of clients
• Banking and bank reconciliations
• Preparation of client VAT returns
• Assisting with payroll duties and pension administration
• Answering client queries regarding bookkeeping
• Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
• Use of Xero software

The firm can consider those looking to work full or part-time, circa 25 hours per week and upwards, and can be flexible regarding how these are spread, to suit the right candidate. It would be highly beneficial to have previous experience working within a firm of Accountants or Bookkeeping bureau, and previous Xero experience would be highly beneficial.
