Client Care Assistant

The Harrogate Vet opened 5 years ago with a dream to provide individual and exceptional care to our patients and their owners, we have been growing ever since.

We pride ourselves on our high clinical standards and equally high standards of customer service and are looking for two Client Care Advisors to join our team!

This summer we are opening a brand new (and beautiful) practice with state of the art equipment and facilities (including in house emergency care), allowing our team the space and environment to excel.

If you have a passion for providing outstanding Customer Service then this may be the position for you!

The role will involve providing support for our current Client Care team with:

- patient registrations

- responding to client queries by phone and email

- scanning and uploading patient documentation

- managing outstanding balances

- administration of insurance claims

- administration of our Pet Health scheme

- Assisting with patient referrals

Face-to-face Customer Service Assistance will also be a significant part of the role.

Customer Service is a priority at The Harrogate Vet and we are looking for somebody who has a friendly and approachable demeanour with our clients, whilst also providing them with efficient and timely service.

The successful candidates will have excellent computer skills, good attention to detail and organisational skills.

Each of these roles will be approximately 30 hours per week, and will include an equal share of Saturday work (1 weekend every 4-6 weeks).

Pay: From £17,846.40 per year
