Client Care Specialist - Bournemouth - up to £30,000
A Client Care Specialist is required for our client based in central Bournemouth to support people who have lost their jobs or are in the process of being made redundant. The main aspect of the role is to work with employment solicitors to provide advice to employees and deliver excellent customer service to support the process. This role requires empathy and the ability to support people through difficult times.
Main responsibilities:
- Manage time sensitive case load relating to
- Provide employment advice & guidance to clients under the supervision of employment solicitors
- Work closely with solicitors to ensure the process runs smoothly
- Ensure settlement agreements are completed in time with the strict timetable
- Deal with amendments to settlement agreements by liaising with client employers
- Deliver excellent customer service and be motived to help others
- Provide support & empathy to clients in difficult situations
Skills & requirements:
- Experience in a client facing role
- Excellent telephone manner
- Ability to work towards & meet deadlines
- Able to learn quickly and adapt to new ways of working
- Empathy and ability to support others
