You will assist your dedicated team in executing the brand or functional strategy as well as participate in initiatives or projects to support the development or understanding of sales, culture, analytics, & service.   

 

CARTIER CLIENT CENTRICITY/ CRC INTERN

 

The Cartier Client Centricity team aims to improve the Cartier client experience through qualitative and quantitative data in customer feedback and reporting. This team identifies trends to prioritize projects and recommendations across all client touchpoints, including our boutiques, online presence, Client Relations channels, and beyond when partnering across the network to accomplish these improvements. The Client Centricity team presents this data-based, wholistic perspective to recognize and reduce any potential friction for both our clients and our internal teams, ensuring that Cartier continues to offer an optimal and consistent omni-channel experience.  

 

The intern with the Client Centricity team will focus on three main areas: 

  • Data Reporting and Analysis 
  1. Identifying synergies and efficiencies when reviewing top client feedback trends 
  1. Analyzing current methods of communication for client feedback and its data across the network 
  • Omni-channel Support 
  1. Participating in strategic brainstorms, timely updates, and other business meetings for both the Client Centricity team and their partners across the network 
  1. Reviewing and creating resources based on new or updated information, such as Sharepoint pages, MyAtlas posts, and other tools 
  • Communication Strategy 
  1. Identifying internal communications improvements for training and reference across the network’s libraries and other resources 
  1. Identifying and suggesting client-facing improvements across the site, email, product, and other client-facing opportunities 

 

YOUR PROFILE 

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program at the time of application 
  • Tech Savvy with proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • An innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment 
  • At your core, a team player who is excited to shine, as well as, empower and assist others to achieve success 
  • Energetic and eager to assist on projects and initiatives 
  • Able to work a full-time schedule throughout the course of our Summer Internship Program 
  • Authorized to work in the United States; International students must have a current work visa, Richemont North America will not sponsor work visa’s for summer internships 
  • Must be age 18 or older to participate  
  • Must be available to participate for the entirety of internship program (June 3rd - August 9th)

Salary: $20-25/hour
