Up to £14 per hour plus generous commission

The main roles of our Client Co-ordinator:

• Diary management
• Outstanding customer service
• Creating/maintaining an excellent client journey from initial enquiry through to conversion
• Client retention
• Transparent and consistent communication
• Studio cleanliness
• Responsibility for all client enquiries, queries, cancellations and trackers
• Lead conversion
• Gain knowledge and understanding of all treatments and studios at Zapp Laser Studio
• Driven and self-motivated
• Reliable, well presented and articulated
• Excellent organisation skills
• Be a team player with an excellent attitude towards their work and a thirst for learning

Requirement

• 2 years or more experience in managing an aesthetics clinic or working in high end customer service
• Must LOVE Custome Service!

• Have a genuine interest in the Aesthetics/Beauty industry
