Job description

We are delighted to be recruiting for a Client Delivery Manager to join The Oxford Group.

We are looking for a great communicator and a confident individual who is looking for a career in Project Management and would love to join one of City and Guilds businesses, The Oxford Group.

The Oxford Group is a leading global provider of leadership, management development and executive coaching solutions to large international organisations.

We are very interested in speaking to the candidates who are in similar roles already but equally we would be very keen to hear from the candidates who are just starting their career in Client Delivery Management / Project Management or who have all skills required to perform well in the role like this.

We are looking for an individual who has experience of working in multi-national business environments and is keen to become a key member of our client services team helping us to put in place innovations and new ways of working so that we can better serve our clients, suppliers, consultants, and internal teams.

We offer the opportunity to work, influence and learn from a high-calibre team with the potential for personal development. We offer some challenging and engaging work across a variety of organisations and industries with the support from a team of Client Delivery Managers in an environment strongly focused on psychological safety.

This role is based in our Oxford office - 1 day a week and working from home the remainder, however, we do offer flexible and hybrid working arrangements.

If you are enthusiastic about working in a relationship-orientated environment, enjoy managing multiple complex projects across various cultures, then this is the role for you. We will provide you with interesting projects, in house systems training and stimulating on the job experiences.

City & Guilds are a Disability confident employer. Please let us know if you require any support/adjustments at your interview and if successful any adjustments needed to support you in your role. If this is required, please email; careers at cityandguilds . com

This appointment will be made on merit.

We believe that diversity and inclusion strengthens and enriches us, and that it is the responsibility of everyone at the City & Guilds Group to drive this value. As ethnic minority groups and disabled people are currently under-represented within the Group, we particularly encourage and welcome applications from these communities.
