Summary:

Do you have 2+ years’ experience working within the energy market including data, metering and invoicing?Client Delivery Support are at the heart of operations and the core of the Client Delivery Support role is to drive productivity and Client Delivery, while providing resilience and flexibility. You will drive productivity and Client Delivery, while providing resilience and flexibility through multi-skilling. As Client Delivery support, you will be responsible for client operational delivery of Bureau Services such as Invoice Validation, Tenant-On-Charging and Portfolio Management. Key responsibilities:
  • Responsible for client operational delivery of Bureau Services such as Invoice Validation, Tenant-On-Charging and Portfolio Management.
  • Ensure that all agreed client SLAs/KPIs are achieved and reported to the Team
  • Manage the relationship with the client throughout the business
  • Liaise with the Team Manager, Head of Operations and Account Directors / Managers about operational and client
  • Liaise with other members of the company to resolve any client queries quickly and
  • Aspire to be a super user of the main systems and processes used by the
  • Support with training other team members to enhance their performance and
  • Manage client complaints/queries ensuring that the correct query resolution procedure is
  • Contribute to efficiency and business improvement projects when
  • Show the willingness to learn to adapt to complex client demands, liaise with suppliers and adhere to internal quality standards often to tight
Experience:
  • Broad experience of the energy industry, including data, metering and invoices
  • Evidence of I.T. skills. Competent in Excel (intermediate to advanced level) and competent in Microsoft Word and Outlook
  • Experience of inputting data and using databases on a day-to-day basis is
  • Strong analytical skills are required to absorb complex information in relation to energy tariffs, the energy sector and the legislative requirements
  • Good administration skills and attention to detail, spotting errors
  • Organisation skills. Commercial awareness, understanding the impact of non-delivery.
