Responsibilities of the Client Development Manager:

• Drive brand engagement in line with the business strategy
• Reporting to the Head of Transformation and Client Delivery to support firm-wide and partner-led business development initiatives
• Enhancing existing processes and projects, developing, and owning target plans and pipeline activities
• Act as an interface between the teams and department heads to identify new opportunities and maximise client portfolio
• Manage the Tender and Bids function in close collaboration with internal stakeholders
• Line Management of a well-established and successful team

Your experience and skills as Client Development Manager

• Substantial B2B and B2C business development experience
• Management, training, and coaching of large teams, mentor mentality
• Competent presentation skills, a skilled communicator in all settings and environments
• Proven successes in bidding and pitching for business, ideally with some public sector experience
• Tech savvy, self-starter, professional, organised, and highly motivated
