SalaryWe are working with our client to find two excellent Client Engagement Executives to follow up leads and build relationships with prospective customers.
You will be introducing a financial service so you will be trained to fully understand and explain the benefits of the service.
The basic salary is £22,500 (or more depending on your experience) and an uncapped commission structure, which should earn you around £10,000 OTE in year one, and established team members are earning well over £20,000 per annum.
The team is competitive, energetic and successful, with lots of social events and celebrating wins!
You need to be a sparkling and brilliant talker, able to engage people swiftly, and speak to the right people at the right time. You will be a natural networker, always with an ear out for the next deal, and comfortable being persuasive.
