Client Engagement Manager (Education Recruitment Specialist), Leeds or Huddersfield.

The Opportunity

Working closely with a highly experienced team, you will take responsibility for the development of part of the Primary Recruitment business for Hays across West Yorkshire. This opportunity is one that has great potential; developing key stakeholder relationships with Primary Schools to secure and deliver exceptional recruitment services for Teaching and Teaching Assistant professionals.

As the Client Engagement Manager you will be responsible for developing existing relationships to maximise opportunity across the current schools we work with, in addition to identifying and developing relationships and securing opportunities with new schools across the Bradford and Halifax areas.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven track record of client development and engagement. Commercial, innovative, and ambitious; you will have the ability to demonstrate the ability and track-record in delivering contract, contingent and campaign-based solutions.Passion to succeed and be part of a fast-paced inclusive environment.People focused with a sales-driven mentality.Relationship focused with the confidence to build strong networks internally and externally as a leadership partner.Collaborative in spirit with a growth mindset to develop a long-lasting career.Team focused and positive in outlook, you will enjoy hitting both personal and team targets.Knowledge of the Education sector would be ideal but not essential
