We are currently seeking a high calibre individual to join the team in the role of Client Executive - Securities Services

SSv (Securities Services) Client Executives are the owners of the end-to-end SSv client experience for their assigned clients globally under the guidance from wider Client Executive team.

With an in-depth understanding of their client’s current needs and strategic outlook, this role acts as a single, global client advocate within SSv. The role holder supports the client to navigate the firm and manages the virtual client team with both a commercial and service lens.

In this role, you will:

•    Manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 bank and broker relationships for Securities Services, direct custody being a priority network, with a focus on the Middle East and Asia
•    Be responsible for senior stakeholder management, commercial ownership, operational escalation, account planning and relationship management 
•    Undertake adhoc project work to support management and the business, and be involved in legal negotiations when required
•    Seek out strategic revenue opportunities and understand cost to service, measure losses, review key commercial metrics and find opportunities for improvement.

To be successful in this role you should meet the following requirements: 

•    Demonstrated history of client management with a track record in owning, maintaining, and retaining client relationships across financial products 
•    Securities Services and specific Direct Custody knowledge is essential 
•    Resilient with strong stakeholder management skills, you will be confident in your approach to having challenging conversations. 
•    A good grasp of numbers and the ability to adapt to the changing demands of the industry, clients, and internal stakeholders. 
•    Proficient in understanding the regulations that drive the securities services arena and those that govern client management.

The base location for this role is London
