We are currently seeking a high calibre individual to join the team in the role of Client Executive - Securities Services
SSv (Securities Services) Client Executives are the owners of the end-to-end SSv client experience for their assigned clients globally under the guidance from wider Client Executive team.
With an in-depth understanding of their client’s current needs and strategic outlook, this role acts as a single, global client advocate within SSv. The role holder supports the client to navigate the firm and manages the virtual client team with both a commercial and service lens.

In this role, you will:
• Manage Tier 1 and Tier 2 bank and broker relationships for Securities Services, direct custody being a priority network, with a focus on the Middle East and Asia
• Be responsible for senior stakeholder management, commercial ownership, operational escalation, account planning and relationship management
• Undertake adhoc project work to support management and the business, and be involved in legal negotiations when required
• Seek out strategic revenue opportunities and understand cost to service, measure losses, review key commercial metrics and find opportunities for improvement.
