Hybrid working: circa 60% at home & 40% in the office (working from the office full time during probation)
Hours: Full-time (36.25 pw)
Planned start date: asap
Salary: Band A - B; depending on experience £27,000 - £35,000

Who are we looking for?

The Client Managers role is to provide an excellent service to the Castlefield clients assigned to their role. A successful Client Manager will work closely with other members of the team and with our Client Advisers to build and maintain strong relationships with the existing and new clients.

Responsibilities:
- Acting as a point of contact for Castlefield clients
- Communicate professionally, courteously, and effectively with Clients by telephone, email, letter, and face-to-face
- Maintaining ongoing relationships with the clients, keeping them informed, answering queries, and arranging review meetings
- Identifying client needs at a review and undertaking preparation, collaborating with other colleagues and teams where appropriate
- Working alongside Client Advice team and/or other Client Manager following meetings to discuss the clients circumstances and be involved in creating and implementing a financial strategy to meet the clients financial objectives and circumstances
- Working alongside Client Advice team and Senior Client Managers to prepare reports and advice where appropriate
- Making sure the implementation of advice is completed accurately and in good time
- Articulating our services to clients and identifying business opportunities based on their needs
- Ensuring all clients are contacted regularly
- Ensuring the appropriate software (iO, Pershing) is continuously kept up to date
- Ensuring client-facing documents are accurate and appropriate for the client Obtaining information from third-party providers
To succeed in this role you will:
- Have or work towards L4 qualification (investment markets exposure)
- Have experience in a client-facing role
- Display enthusiasm, energy and positivity
- Proactively take responsibility for clients needs
- Have good knowledge of Castlefield services and products
- Understand and be a proficient user of iO, Pershing and Zoho work
- Be a superior user of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Collaborate with other teams
- Be ready to manage client expectations
- Remain calm, methodical and organised
