JOB TITLE: Clients Operations Manager
JOB TYPE: Full-time, Permanent

SALARY: £45,000-£50,000 per annum
HOURS: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm (Hybrid working, 1 day from home during probation, 2 days after)

Responsibilities/Duties
Contract Management and Client Set-up:
- Creating and sending Agreements to Clients and ensuring they are signed and returned before work begins
- Responding and negotiating with any comments or queries on these Terms and Conditions
- Reading, negotiating and returning NDAs, master agreements, terms of business, contract renewals or any other contractual issues with clients - and ensuring these terms are understood and maintained within the company
- Dealing with vendor set-up and client due diligence requests
- Completing any RFPs or Tenders
Client Relationship Management:
- Being the main point of contact for any client requests that come into the company
- Keeping clients updated at agreed intervals and ensuring all of their databases are kept up to date
- Liaising with respective Account Managers regularly to complete client requests and ensure the client receives the best possible service
- Creating and sending proposals, making sure the content and pricing is optimised
- Following up on any outstanding/overdue quotes, proposals, POs etc
- Supporting the start of the client 'lifecycle', including coordination of client briefings, introductory chemistry meetings and follow up for coach selection
Internal Contract and Client Management:
- Maintaining internal client and contract databases
- Working with the Operations Director to ensure all policies, procedures, professional codes of conduct, memberships, insurance renewals and cyber security certificates are up to date
- Keeping the Accounts Department updated on any invoicing or payment terms changes
Skills and experience:
- Experience reviewing contracts and an understanding of basic legal terms
- Comfortable with negotiating prices and numerical data
- Proactive approach to task prioritisation
- Competent with all Microsoft Office packages
- Excellent standard of written English
- Confident and professional communicator with all levels of seniority
