JGA are working with an established Chartered Accountancy who are seeking a Senior Payroll Administrator to work from their Surrey office on a hybrid basis.
The successful candidate will have solid payroll experience and strong client-management skills.
Responsibilities:
- Processing of annual, monthly, quarterly or weekly payrolls.
- Setting up PAYE schemes with HMRC
- Maintaining and updating client and employee permanent changes
- Assisting with other ad-hoc duties as required
- Knowledgeable in the administration of auto enrolment pensions via payroll
- Must have a minimum of 3 year's experience of working in a payroll bureau or Client Payroll environment.
- Strong Excel skills desired.
- Ability to build client relationships.
- Ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Work well in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
