Job Title: Client Portfolio Analyst

Location: London - Hybrid

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 + Comprehensive Benefits

A prestigious wealth and investment management firm have recently released a rare opportunity for a Client Portfolio Analyst to join their highly successful investment team.

The role will provide the opportunity to learn a broad range of asset classes, markets, investment funds and individual securities and to contribute to the company’s strong investment offering and comprehensive client reporting.

For this role you will need:

• At least 2-3 years relevant experience with a strong academic background to include an industry related degree and obtained or working towards the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualification (essential)
• Highly numerate and proficient in Excel .
• Communicate clearly and concisely and enjoy writing.
• Have an interest in investments, economics, and business.
• Have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build knowledge of investment markets and contribute to the development of investment strategy.
• Contribute material for client and Investment Committee reports.
• Produce reports and analysis on investments held by clients and prospective clients.
• Liaise with client teams in the production of performance reports and investment rationales.
• Attend events to build relations with fund managers and acquire knowledge of a range of funds.
• Research opportunities within fund sectors.
• Undertake administrative tasks such as liaising with platform providers regarding fund availability and maintaining a central repository of key fund documents for model funds.
• Working in the Investment Client Services stream of the Investment Team and reporting to the Investment Director
