Key Responsibilities:
- Support senior staff in managing a portfolio of accounts, undertaking credit analysis, and maintaining credit surveillance.
- Prepare credit applications and manage data input for various systems, providing guidance to junior staff as needed.
- Collaborate with departments across EMEA for marketing and execution purposes, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Conduct financial modeling and analysis for projects as part of credit supervision.
- Adhere to internal procedures, processes, and regulations, ensuring compliance at all times.
- Contribute to asset management and other areas of the bank's wider business initiatives.
- Take on portfolio management activities for diverse projects/loan assets and potentially lead junior staff.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- Significant knowledge and experience in Project Finance theory, risk analysis, credit, execution, and documentation.
- Social housing experience is highly valued but not mandatory.
- Strong numerical and financial skills, with previous financial modeling experience.
- Previous experience in Project Finance within a relevant institution (bank, advisor, industry, etc.).
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changes.
- Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across various levels of seniority.
- Minimum undergraduate degree required; strong modeling skills are advantageous.
