Operating a hybrid working model, you will benefit from both home and office working, with their office being based in Manchester. The team is also based in Cardiff and London so there may be occasional travel to other offices.

What you will be doing
Supporting the team to deliver reports and data to the business, you will develop meaningful MI to monitor credit performance, utilising various tools and programming techniques. You will keep abreast of new and emerging techniques and technologies for data analysis, as well as maintaining your knowledge of the economic environment, market conditions and how these might affect the portfolio.
Being inquisitive, logical and having a passion for data, you will ideally have a maths-based degree or equivalent and demonstrable experience in modelling and coding in R, Python, SAS or equivalent.
You will take ownership for the creation of real-time interactive dashboards, ensuring these are accessible, allowing colleagues to make appropriate, timely decisions in all areas of activity and documenting processes for reports as well as the creation of dashboards to ensure clarity.
Leading your team of Analysts, you will champion best practice and promote the Pepper Money values and culture.
