CREDIT RISK MANAGER - COLLECTION STRATEGIES

THE COMPANY

This role is with a growing and fast-paced business who have a growing collections function. They are a very data driven company and work with a range of clients to offer credit and collection solutions. This role offers the rare opportunity to join a lean and driven team to help drive further innovation.

THE ROLE

• Developing and building out their collections strategy and wider function
• Assessing existing collections policies and customer strategies to enhance performance
• Opportunity to work on Credit Risk models including scorecards, forecasting and wider predictive models
• Building out MI and wider reporting frameworks to monitor collections strategies
• Helping to implement a new decision system to further automate and enhance processes

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience in a fast-paced environment and ability to work across multiple projects
• Prior work within consumer lending, within collections strategy
• Strong SQL skills, desirable to have Python
• Ideal to have had experience in the debt collection or wider recoveries space
