THE CLIENT PORTFOLIO MANAGER OPPORTUNITY:
- Cultivating strong relationships with key clients by maintaining regular communication and addressing specific inquiries or challenges utilizing specialized skills and knowledge as needed.
- Analyzing, interpreting, and auditing diverse sets of client-provided data.
- Generating preliminary year-end and management accounts based on varied data sources, accompanied by comprehensive working papers to accurately reflect the accounts produced and ensuring effective cross-referencing.
- Executing basic tax computations.
- Compiling detailed schedules for each account set to ensure accurate and logical analysis as required.
- Drafting correspondence to clients, tax offices, registrar of companies, and other relevant parties.
- Collaborating with partners to strategize, manage, and prioritize workload, deadlines, and requirements, while providing necessary information for billing purposes.
YOUR KEY SKILLS:
- AAT qualification or equivalent experience.
- Crafting statutory accounts.
- Compiling corporation tax computations.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in customer care.
- Exceptional prioritization and time management abilities.
- Capable of organized work within tight deadlines - including planning, diary management, and maintaining departmental systems.
- Outstanding influencing skills, both internally and when interacting with clients.
