Job description

Our client is one of the largest independent firms of chartered accountants and advisers in the South West with multiple office locations across the South West.

They now seek a Senior Client Portfolio Manager or a Client Portfolio Manager DOE. Reporting directly to a Partner or Director. Working from the Swindon office with some client travel you will manage of a portfolio of £300k to c £500k.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a productive relationship with all clients in agreed portfolio, maintaining regular contact, completing all complex accounts work and tax issues, dealing with any specific
  • Providing coaching, direction, support, and feedback to more junior members of the team

Education & Qualifications

Qualified AAT

Clean driving licence and own transport

Experience & Knowledge

At least 2 years relevant experience in a client-facing role, some rural experience would be good.

Desirable

  • Qualified ACA/ACCA
  • Experience Dealing with owner-managed businesses.
  • Use of Sage Instant/Line 50
  • Xero / QBO
  • Use of Iris practice software
