Role: Client Relations Administrator
Salary: £25,000 – £27,000
Location: Edinburgh
Harvey Nash is currently working with our well-loved FinTech client in Edinburgh who is looking for a Client Relations Administrator to join their Client Solutions Team.

The Role
This person will join a team responsible for providing excellent customer service through various channels including phone, email, and live chat. You will regularly respond to queries from customers and clients to meet service standards.
About You
To be successful in this role, you must:
- Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service
- Have experience in customer service/support through various channels
- Come from a background in Financial Services (Pensions background desired)
- Manage your time and workload efficiently
