Alliance Manchester Business School is seeking to appoint a talented and motivated individual to support the growth of our open programme business within Executive Education at the School.
The Client Relations Manager will be the first point of contact between key accounts and the School. The role has responsibility for developing and maintaining relationships of the highest trust with senior leaders, including heads of HR, heads of L&D, heads of Organisation Development, within private and public sector organisations.
They will be responsible for recruitment of individuals to Open Programmes, from first point of contact through to successful application, whilst establishing a sustainable ongoing pipeline of potential applicants.
Applicants should have a track record of achieving targets, with significant experience in Client Relations, or business development, and expertise in consultative selling.
Essential to this role is the ability to work collaboratively with all stakeholders, including internal colleagues, representing the “voice of the customer”, to ensure the highest standards of learner and client experience.
The role requires excellence in building rapport, communication, influencing, listening, presentation, organisation, account management and customer service.
As an advocate for learning and development for the Business School, applicants should similarly have a passion for their own learning and development.
