What you'll be doing...

Join us as a Client Retention Manager along with our Client Relations Director & Executives to uncover exciting opportunities within small & medium contracts across all divisions, leading to the successful retention of these contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Ops & Support Service teams to craft B2B offers for small and medium contracts, aligning with Elior retention/renewal targets.
  • Utilise the dynamic Tegara system to input actions/activities, keeping a vigilant eye on stakeholder input, ensuring timely interventions by checking contract vulnerability scores/status.
  • Efficiently coordinate all documentation related to contract re-negotiation, engaging with associated Support Services and Ops teams.
  • Forge ongoing connections with operators through meaningful communication and site visits
  • Be a key player in client re-bid presentations, influencing content and format.
  • Craft comprehensive remedial action plans post-client meetings, promptly uploading them to the Tegara contract page.
  • Negotiate & align actions & timeframes for remedial actions with the appropriate operator.
