Our client is looking for a Client Relations Team Manager to manage a team split across their Bristol and Ipswich offices.
The role is predominantly based in Bristol but with requirement to travel to the Ipswich office on occasion.
About the role:
- Manage and supervise a Client Relations Team, ensuring all individuals are trained, motivated and developed
- Manage the activity of the team to ensure customer requirements are met, ensuring high quality and accuracy is maintained
- Maintain and develop relationships with stakeholders and other departments
- Ensure adequate controls are in place to ensure compliance and to capture accurate data
- Analyse trends of referrals and outcomes and suggest improvements where appropriate
- Resolve escalated complaints and queries
About you:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and able to build effective working relationships
- Experienced in customer service and focussed on customer outcomes
- Technical pensions knowledge, and knowledge of the pensions market, FCA and other regulatory rules
- Ability to keep calm under pressure and manage escalated complaints and queries
- Experience in people management (desirable)
