Job description

Job title: Client Relationship Agent


Start date: Week commencing 11th March


Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday


Pay: £18 - £21 ph


Duration: 2 months temporary position with the opportunity to extend


Location: Cannon Street (Hybrid, 2 days a week in the office)



In this role you will be responsible for:




  • Talking to targeted company CEOs on the phone to introduce your client and the corresponding M&A opportunity. Collecting all information and connect the company CEOs with your clients

  • Aiding Client Directors (who manage the Client Relationship and run the overall project) in providing exceptional service to a portfolio of clients of Private Equity and Corporates

  • Developing rapport, communicating, and delivering information credibly to C-suite and high-level executives at contacted companies

  • Enriching internal databases with all proprietary information acquired during conversations with investors and acquisition targets

  • Working collaboratively with the Sales Team to enlarge the network in the region, i.e. providing sales leads coming from the curation process

  • Providing input and ideas for process improvement and contributing to developing enhanced organisational practices



Experience/skill set looking for:




  • Must have experience within a sales position ideally within the finance/M&A/Private Equity/Capital Venture space

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers and C-suite level executives

  • Excellent computer proficiency, especially Excel

  • Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within the parameters of instructions given and prescribed routines

  • Confident, self-motivated and resilient

  • Fluent in English and Spanish is advantageous
