We are looking for an exceptional Senior Marketing Manager who is keen to work in the high profile, premium property and alternative investment sector, to take full control of the marketing plan and budget for the group. 
On offer is a competitive basic salary of between £50,000 - £60,000 depending upon experience, generous benefits such as 5 weeks holiday + Christmas Shutdown, Free, on-site parking, company events and employee discounts. 
As a Senior Marketing Manager you will already possess a strong track record across a full range of marketing disciplines such as digital and non-digital campaigns across the full spectrum of channels. This includes organic and paid social media, SEO, CRM marketing, external events such as trade shows, conferences, festivals and sponsored events. With an impressive marketing budget to use, you will enjoy exceptional support from the directors to drive the business forward and facilitate further growth in the client base. You will also have experience managing a team of marketing executives and being able to foster positive, collaborative relationships with key internal department heads, such as Design, Data Anaylsts, Sales and Account Management. There are also several external key stakeholder relationships to manage such as an external PR Agency, International offices and partner investment agents, to further strengthen the brand and awareness.

Requirements: 
A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
5+ years’ experience working within a Marketing department or Advertising Agency
A solid understanding of marketing principles and best practice across digital and non-digital channels
Experience of B2B Marketing advantageous
Knowledge of Financial Services Marketing advantageous
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong data analysis and reporting skills
