I am looking for a Client Relationship Manager to develop and maintain a portfolio of clients, fostering long-term relationships. This role involves new business acquisition, renewals, adjustments, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and effective account management.
Day-to-day of the role:- Achieve individual sales targets by securing new business and managing renewals.
- Provide exceptional customer service, aiming for at least 90% client satisfaction.
- Prepare comprehensive presentations for the market to secure the best terms for clients.
- Inform clients about all insurance-related matters promptly and in line with FCA guidelines.
- Maintain accurate documentation and client files, both manually and on IT-based systems.
- Ensure renewals and Mid Term adjustments are processed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Engage in personal development, including working towards the Certificate in Insurance.
- Collaborate with the accounts team to ensure timely payment of premiums and resolve account queries.
- Assist in the creation and improvement of team and company processes and procedures.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, and account management.
- Knowledge of the insurance industry and market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work towards or have achieved the Certificate in Insurance.
- Proficiency in maintaining manual and IT-based office systems.
- Understanding of FCA guidelines and compliance requirements.
