Client Relationship Manager

Client Relationship Manager (IT and Technology Sector)* Cornwall or Devon (Must live in the mentioned areas)* Up to c£40,000 per year* Plus flexible working, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, Private Pension, Life Insurance, etc.Skills and Experience:* A minimum five years' experience in a similar role OR in a Client Relationship Executive role with demonstrable leadership experience* A driving licence and willingness to travel as and when required* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, organised and proactive* Driven and solution focused* Basic IT knowledge (including all Microsoft packages)* Act as line manager to the members of the Client Relationship Team.* Perform routine employee one-to-one appraisals, as guided by company policy.* Represent the Client Relationship Team within the Management Team, briefing upwards to Senior Management and communicating company initiatives, decisions, plans and targets downwards to the Client Relationship Team.* Support and actively participate in the recruitment and on-boarding of staff into the Client Relationship Team.* Generate progress reports for clients and Senior Management within the company.* Assist less experienced colleagues in relation to training and direction and identify and address training needs.* Discover and upsell/cross sell opportunities.* Develop and maintain a sound technical understanding of products and services the company offerThe Opportunity:My client working within the technology sector are currently looking to recruit for a Client Relationship Manager on a permanent basis.
