The role

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Relationship Manager - Onboarding Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless transition and providing ongoing support to foster strong relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process, guiding them through each step and addressing any questions or concerns.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the setup of new client accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all required data
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including to streamline the onboarding process and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with new clients to ensure their needs are being met and to gather feedback on their onboarding experience.
  • Provide training and support to clients on our products/services, ensuring they have a clear understanding of how to utilise our offerings to achieve their goals.
  • Monitor client progress and satisfaction during the onboarding period, identifying opportunities for improvement and proactively addressing any concerns.
  • Act as an advocate for clients within the organisation, representing their interests and ensuring their success.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and onboarding progress in our CRM system
  • Strive to meet and exceed established performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs) for response times, resolution times, and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in client onboarding, account management, or a related role preferred.
  • High proficiency with Microsoft office particularly excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and client management tools preferred.
  • Proactive and customer-focused attitude, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
