Role: Client Relationship Manager (Facilities Management)
Location: Kent (Field based)
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 (experience dependant) +bonus.
Job Type: Full time, Permanent.
Driving License: Required
Additional Requirements: 3+ years’ experience within B2B Sales and Account Management AND a background in Facilities Management.

The role will involve nurturing existing clients alongside upselling/cross-selling various company services. Our client has a large existing client base and takes a very organic approach to relationship building, not being advocates for the traditional 'hard sell'.
The successful individual will be expected to hit the ground running following their product/service training, so experience within Facilities Management and a proven track record of exceptional Account Management is a must.

Client Relationship Manager (Facilities Management) Responsibilities:
- Acquire, build and sustain long-term partnerships with current and potential clients.
- Be the main point of contact for clients in your area, understanding their goals/challenges and delivering an exceptional customer service.
- Establish strong rapport with existing clients whilst always remaining vigilant for opportunities to build relationships with new clients and encourage business growth.
- Deliver industry-leading customer service to ensure satisfaction continuously improves.
- Work and communicate effectively with the wider team.
Client Relationship Manager (Facilities Management) Key Traits/Experience:
- 3+ years Account Management experience.
- 3+ years Facilities Management experience.
- Full clean driving license.
- Excellent rapport building and communication skills.
- Driven and ambitious.
- Punctual and excellent time/diary management abilities.
- Good attention to detail.
- Accurate reporting.
