• Efficiently handle client enquiries, treating each client as the only client.
• Proactively manage day-to-day tasks, transacting cases, and supporting consultants and clients through the application process.
• Liaise with providers to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
• Work to FCA-approved standards, ensuring compliance with data protection guidelines.
• Competently use various software packages for data entry and monitoring of the company's client database.
• Work under pressure, prioritise workload and deliver exceptional service to meet client expectations.
• Provide efficient client relations support to consultants through regular communication.
• Coordinate and implement office procedures in collaboration with the Head of Wealth Management.
• Manage incoming and outgoing posts, book meeting rooms, and assist with office tasks.
• Open and close the office as required.
• Prepare refreshments for client and company meetings.

• High personal motivation, organisational skills, and ability to manage workload.
• Willingness to undertake exams to enhance knowledge within the Financial Services industry.
• Understanding of the wealth management industry and standard business processes (preferred)
