Customer Service Executive - Hybrid

Our client an established and reputable company that is a world leader in their field are currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Executive initially on a 12-month contract. You be the first point of contact for business customers and will be providing world class service. This is an excellent opportunity to join a forward-thinking company with a friendly Customer Service team that offers great company benefits including 25 days holiday +BH, free parking, a modern working environment and an early finish on a Friday. The company are currently working hybrid. Previous experience in a similar role in Customer Service would be an advantage but the company are also happy to consider people from a retail background who are Customer Service focused.

Responsibilities will include:

• Taking incoming calls & answering emails from business customers in relation to warranty claims, presale information or any other queries and providing a resolution or escalating to the appropriate team.
• Liaising with other departments to obtain a satisfactory outcome.
• Building meaningful relationships with customers so they have a point of contact in the team.
• Updating the system on a daily basis ensuring that all completed correspondence is recorded accurately.

You will need:

• To be committed to offering the best service possible to customers.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Previous experience within a customer care environment.
• The ability to work under pressure.
• A positive 'Can Do' attitude.
• To be a team player.
• Confident IT skills including MS Office.
