Location: Eastleigh, you will need to complete training in the office for 4-6 weeks 8:30 until 5PM then after training can be flexible with Hybrid working
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 37 hours per week, between 8AM and 5.30PM on a rota (you may do an adhoc late night on a Thursday until 7PM on a rota) time off in lieu.
Salary: £14.00 - £14.50 P/H
Start date: ASAP
Duration: Temporary 12 weeks however, there will then be an opportunity for you to remain on a fixed term contract thereafter with the business and the salary would rise as a result of this (Or this can be taken as a temporary only position)

As a Customer Service Advisor and Administrator you will provide an excellent and suitable service to all customers.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- To assist customers with a variety of enquiries via email and on the telephone
- To assist customers who have enquiries through various digital platforms and manage their expectations IE Facebook, Twitter, Trust pilot etc
- To provide excellent front line service and take ownership of any enquires from customers
- To liaise with third parties to manage enquiries and provide solutions
- To update customers and third parties
- To manage and update the internal system with customer details and legal documents
- To complete all round administration
- Previous Customer Service experience
- Good administration skills
- Be computer literate including Microsoft package
- Have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude.
- Be able to start asap
- To be a problem solver
