Location: South Wonston, United Kingdom
Salary: £30,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: 7.30am - 5.00pm (Monday to Friday)
As a Customer Service Executive, you will:
- Manage all customers assigned to the Internal Sales Team, providing support before and after the point of order.
- Process orders from the Business Development Team, ensuring customer satisfaction from order placement onwards.
- Keep customers informed with timely updates on order and delivery statuses.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously.
- Respond to customer emails and enquiries within 2 hours.
- Create and manage customer cases efficiently.
