Your varied role will include the following:
- Acting as the initial point of contact for customers via telephone and email
- Managing orders
- Maintaining customer and product information, including setting up new customers
- Working with the Internal team to ensure a smooth process for customers
- Providing general product information to customers
- Creating sales invoices and supporting with any queries
- Supporting the marketing function as required with customer mailings
- Supporting stock management of the warehouse including booking goods in
In order to excel in this role you will have the following knowledge and experience:
- Proven experience in a Customer Service position
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to plan, organise and prioritise
- Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships
- It would be a bonus to speak additional languages (this is not crucial)
