Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer

Position – Mobile HVAC Technician

Salary – Up to £40,000 per annum + travel

Location – Southwest of England.

Working Hours – Monday-Friday – 8:00am-5:00pm

Reporting Into – Engineering Manager

Tecrec are currently searching for an experienced HVAC Technician to work for a business who was formed over 30 years ago in the Southeast to manage facilities for some of the UK’s most innovative companies, they now innovate and use technology to reduce our clients’ costs, drive sustainability and deliver an open-book, proactive ‘smart maintenance’ service.

For example, my client is pioneering the use of 4D Monitoring, the award-winning building monitoring solution that enables them to drive energy savings throughout the buildings they maintain.

To date, they have achieved 15% energy savings across the portfolios they maintain.  

This an excellent opportunity to join an established maintenance provider who invest both time and training into their employees.

• As a HVAC Technician you will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance.
• Completion of PPM works to schedule in the most proactive and efficient way possible.
• Notify issues to the helpdesk seeking advice from the contract manager where possible.
• Responsible for ensuring effective diagnostic of breakdowns and timely repair of equipment.
• Record and document all work carried out and raise appropriate documentation as quotes as required.
• The ideal candidate must have good all round building services knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have experience as well as qualifications in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning which consist of the following.

• NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
• Cat 1 F-Gas
• Well, presented & client facing.
