Our client, a leading provider of top-quality joinery solutions based in Winchester, is seeking passionate individuals to join their dynamic sales team. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates from retail or hospitality backgrounds who are looking to transition into an outbound sales role. No prior experience in sales is necessary!

Key Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential business customers over the phone using an automated dialer system.

- Build rapport with clients to understand their needs and preferences.

- Utilise engaging sales techniques to capture prospects' interest and drive sales.

- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals with a positive attitude and determination.

- Provide exceptional customer service, promptly addressing queries and concerns.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update the customer database.

Ideal Candidate:

- Exceptional communication skills with a genuine passion for connecting with people.

- Self-motivated with a positive outlook and a desire to excel.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools

- Background in retail, hospitality, customer service, or any role involving interpersonal communication is highly regarded.
