The Role:Client Relationship Manager (Part Time)
The Hours: Wednesday - Friday (WFH Friday) 09:00am-17:30pm
Location: Brighton
Salary: 18,000 - 19,000 Plus comms
My client is looking for a dynamic and innovative candidate to join our growing company based in Brighton. You will have a proven track record of effective account management, including account planning, opportunity generation and management. You will be excellent at listening to the customer and building a great repour to allow for new sales opportunities within our existing base.
Job role
- Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling
- Operate as the point of contact for assigned clients
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients
- Makes sure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion
- Communicates client needs and demands to projects
- Forecast and build pipeline of prospects
- Manage projects within Client Relationships, working to carry out client goals while meeting company goals
- Identifies opportunities to grow business with existing clients
- Coordinate with staff members working on the same account to ensure consistent service
- Collaborate with sales team to reach prospective clients
- Service multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines
- Keep records of client transactions
