🔶Salary & Package: c.£60,000 - £75,000 + Bonus + Perks + Progression#
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure an exceptional client journey for ultra-high net worth individuals.
- Operate independently of operations and sales teams to maintain client focus.
- Keep operations and sales teams accountable to clients.
- Manage high-pressure situations with professionalism and composure.
- Oversee luxury residential/commercial renovations and insurance claims.
Candidate Requirements:
- Polished, professional individual with client-facing experience.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in documentation for insurance claims.
- Fluent in IT.
- Background in sales or customer service preferred; construction experience not required.
- Must be based in the Midlands office, Walsall, 5 days per week (within 1-hour commute).
