They are seeking a Client Service Director to spearhead their expansion into the public sector, steering a team of 36 experts towards growth and operational excellence.
Ideal Candidate
- Possess a minimum of 7-10 years of leadership experience within digital communications or media agencies
- Demonstrate a robust portfolio of successful client engagements, particularly within the public sector domain
- Stay abreast of cutting-edge technological advancements and media trends to ensure the agency remains at the forefront of innovation
- Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to adeptly lead teams, engage with clients, and represent the agency across various platforms.
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
Remuneration
Competitive monthly package of SR 50,000 coupled with comprehensive medical insurance and an annual performance-based bonus potential of up to SR 150,000.
