Our well established client are looking for a methodical and organised client co-ordinator to join their team in Swindon. 
Duties:

• Provide a point of contact for all queries pertinent to your role from the team
• Provide technical support to the team
• Use initiative to locate answers and helps others use their initiative to locate answers
• Communicate with practice & office manager regarding any potential issues
• Meeting Preparation
• Business Submissions
• Suitability letters
• Deal with all complex cases
• Manage and resolve technical queries
• Liaise with clients to provide help and information on technical issues queries raised
• Liaise with tax and trusts, pensions marketing and asset management regarding contentious issues and solution solving by removing work from our Advisers/Paralegals.
• Keep up with all industry and internal changes that will affect your role
• Show willingness to expand and increase knowledge of all areas of financial services – specifically pensions, investments and tax and trusts
• Updating all client confidential information to all relevant platforms. 
• Supporting new members of the team.
• Personally managing Salesforce workflow
• Effective work control management

Ideal candidate:

• The ability to balance conflicting demands in a calm and friendly manner
• Ability to work autonomously, remotely and within a team
• Precise attention to detail
• Comfortable with electronic data systems
• Experience in maintaining systems, processes and procedures
• Experience of Microsoft Outlook, Excel & Word
• Complete all PSS modules
• Be willing to take and pass SJP Pensions Certificate and Diploma
• Be willing to take and pass SJP Savings and Investments Certificate and Diploma
• Attend forums, webinars and workshops as appropriate
