Your role

We’re looking for a Client Service Specialist to:
  • support Head of UK Wholesale Client Service to maintain existing client relationships regarding all account management related matters and act as her back-up when away
  • be responsible for managing client onboarding/offboarding and client life cycle events, contract review and service level agreements
  • do account openings for Offshore Lux and Irish Funds
  • be responsible for client-related services (ie. Billing, client reporting, Solvency II, DCPT)
  • be responsible for client-related tasks/processes including periodic KYC reviews for clients and entering documentation onto Fenergo and ClientPoint as appropriate
  • be part of a Pan Europe Client Service team to share experiences, enhance and improve client-related processes centrally and support onboarding for European Platforms. Assist other locations during holiday absences
  • be part of the UK Wholesale team, being a team player and helping out as and when required. Assist with queries that come through directly and through Brokerdesk
  • take responsibility for KPCi testing and reporting

Your team

You’ll be working in the UK Wholesale team in London, a team focused on raising assets from Wholesale clients, for the UBS AM franchise. We are responsible for selling a variety of different investment solutions to our clients, ranging from single strategy sales in everything from long only equity to private markets, through to multi-asset solutions and strategic partnerships. As a Client Service Specialist, you’ll play an important role in both onboarding new clients and servicing existing relationships, playing a pivotal part in the sales and relationship management process.

Your expertise

  • Minimum education: A Level English & GSCE 8/A Maths or equivalent
  • Experience working in Asset Management would be preferred but not essential
  • Good attention to detail and accuracy of work
  • Team player. Willing to work for the collective good of the team, even when this might require tasks outside core role
  • Happy to work with a variety of different IT systems and databases, as well as the usual proficiency in Microsoft office applications
